Refund Policy
At Locked N, we are dedicated to providing quality basketball programs. Please review our refund policy:

• No Refunds for Basketball Training: All fees for basketball training sessions are non-refundable.
• No Refunds for Fall or Winter League: Registration fees for fall or winter league participation are non-refundable.
• Spring/Summer Season Refunds: Refunds for the spring and summer seasons are available based on the date of request, calculated as follows:If requested on or before 30 days from the start date: 70% refund
  If requested on or before 60 days from the start date: 50% refund
  If requested on or before 90 days from the start date: 25% refund
  After 90 days: No refund
• Season starts Mid February
  

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within the applicable time frame. Please allow up to 21 days for processing refunds.

By registering for our programs, participants agree to this refund policy.

To ensure fairness for all athletes and maintain the smooth operation of our training programs, please review our cancellation and rescheduling policy:

1. Notice Periods:

• All training sessions: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellation or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Fees:

• Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice):Cancellations made within 4 hours or less of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a make-up session.
  
• Exceptions: Emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may be considered. Cases such as sudden illness, injury, or family emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and documentation (e.g., a doctor’s note) may be required.
• Severe Weather or Safety-Related Cancellations: If travel is deemed unsafe due to weather or other conditions, exceptions may be granted.
• Trainer Cancellations: If a trainer needs to cancel a session with less than 24 hours’ notice, the athlete will receive a discount of $15 applied to the next month’s training fee, and the missed session will be rescheduled.

For our grade school and middle school teams, we offer year-round basketball. High school teams start the second week of March and continue until mid-August.

Locked N approves of players participating on other teams; however, school basketball should always take precedence, followed by Locked N, and then other teams.

Our teams practice twice a week for 1 1/2 to 2 hours each session. All practices will include 30-45 minutes of skills training. Practices generally occur between 6pm and 9pm during the week and can also be scheduled during the day on weekends when not playing.
